I was super anxious to get my hair cut due to bad experiences at other salons, but Harriet (I think that was her name!) was so kind and patient with me, despite me having no clue what I wanted. She helped me decide and made sure I was informed of exactly what she was doing. She was very calming and professional, and she made me feel very comfortable in what would normally be a stressful experience for me. She did exactly what I wanted and reassured me that she wouldn't do anything drastic 😂, and it's definitely given me a bit of a confidence boost! I would 100% recommend this salon amd especially Harriet, thank you! 🫶

I needed a restyle but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and after visiting other hair dressers in the past and always coming away really disappointed with the results I was cautious. Both Mel and Charlene took time to work out what I wanted, showing me samples and pictures which was so helpful. They were so patient. I am delighted with the results. The atmosphere in the salon is lovely, no egos and you can tell its a team that love working together. They really care about getting things right. If you want a hairdresser you can trust to get things right with great insight and experience book an appointment!

When I first came I had no idea what I wanted, and due to this it’s very difficult to find somebody to work with. Often times I’d end up changing place to place in search of somebody who could work with me. Neo over the past few months has worked with me and helped me find a style I like. In a decade of search he sorted it over 2 months. Gradual change, and space to allow me to adjust. Each time I went he’s offered a drink and has never failed to create an experience and leave an impression. His dedication to his work is Top Tier.

Neo is the best hairdresser I’ve had in years and I can honestly say no one does a better blow dry - always get a lot of compliments about my hair after a trip to Glasshouse so thank you!

Myself and 2 daughters were visiting Bristol for a family wedding and we all wanted to have various hair up designs. The team at Glasshouse Eco Salon did an amazing job, especially on my youngest daughter who has very long hair extensions 😀. After a very long day, with lots of dancing everyone's hair still looked perfect. I would definitely recommend a visit and thank you once again to the whole team. X
